Once upon a time Joel (Jim Carrey) and Clementine (Kate Winslet) lived happily in love. When their relationship crumbled, Clementine decided to have Joel erased from her memory by way of some seriously crazy technology. When Joel finds out, he begins to have Clementine erased from his, but in the process they discover what they had to begin with. The Michael Gondry-directed film features stunning visuals to break down each memory, especially once Joel decides he doesn’t want to lose Clementine and fights against the erasing process.
