We've got some late breaking news in the live music sector that very well might change your Friday night schedule.

First off, Roger Fisher, the founding guitarist in the band Heart, seen to the right with an incredibly sweet double guitar in 1978, has been added to the bill of the Matt Hopper and the Roman Candles show at the Silver Moon Brewing Co. Fisher left Heart in 1980 and went on to play in the bands Alias and Clever Bastards. These days, he's occasionally seen playing as Roger Fishers and Friends.

We're not exactly sure why or how he ended up in Bend for this Friday night show, but hey, we'll take it.

Another thing that we got late word on is a show featuring Berkley, California's Rock N' Roll Adventure Kids at Players Bar and Grill on Friday night.

This band will almost certainly have Players rocking into insanity with their crazy-as-hell punk rock spiced with plenty of garage rock ethos. Also listed on the bill, at least according to MySpace, is a young Danish punk act called De Høje Hæle, who list their show as being in "Bent, Oregon."
